Also The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried a present were Aldermen Ford, Schaumberg and Dumke. The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file. Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend Council approval of payment of general vouchers in the amount of $242,886.67 and sewer utility vouchers in the amount of $6,139.84. Seconded by Ald. Ford, motion carried. Ald. Ford moved to recommend Council approval of one year maintenance agreement between the city and Slater Equipment Company in the amount of $244.60 for graphotype and addressograph equipment. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Milwaukee Map Service primarily for Fire Department use. The committee reviewed a request-from the-Treasurer's Office to write off the balance of unpaid rescue service charges which resulted from the city receiving only partial payment from Medical Assistance. Ald. Ford moved to recommend to the Common Council that. the unpaid balances in the amount of $351.60/ Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried. The committee reviewed a communication from Steven Pischke requesting moved to approve the request, however, the excess days must be used that he carry over six days of his 1977 vacation into 1978. Ald. Ford within 90 days. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried. The committee acknowledged receipt of a communication from Attorney Buckley advising that Attorney Leonard W. Schultz of Big Bend has Wallner vs. Board of Appeals of the City of hluskego. The committee reviewed a communication from Henry W. Wolf of Employers protection insurance would be approximately $4,000.00. It was the Insurance of Wausau indicating that the cost of public official liability decision of the committee not to recommend to the Common Council to add that coverage to our present insurance policy. Ald. Schaumberg moved the matter be tabled, seconded by Ald. Ford. Motion carried. The committee acknowledged receipt of shared revenue amount of $456,719.20 from the State of Wisconsin. Ald. Ford moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
