MINUTES OF .MEETING HELD SEPTEbIBER 7, 1977
The meeting was called to order at 7:45 P.M. by Acting Chairman
Schaumberg. Also present was committee member Dude.
bir. Robert Montgomery appeared to apply for a Class "B" Fermented
Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Lakevlew Gardens located on Lannon Drive. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council
approval of the above license subject to receipt of favornble
period following publication and written release signed by the
fingerprint report, expiration of the necessary 15-day waiting
present holder of the license, Judy McEvoy. Seconded by Ald.
Schaumberg, motion carried.
hirs. Jean Gilbert applied for a Class A Fermented Malt Beverage
at 576 W18180 Janesville Rd. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council
and Intoxicating Liquor License for the former Ellie's Deli located
approval of the above license, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion
carried.
Mr. Leo Paddock, Jr., Miss Jean Grossmeier and'Mr. Guy Peterson
appeared to apply for Operator's License. Ald. Schaumberg moved
to recommend Council approval, seconded by Ald. Schaurnberg, motion
carried.
Police Chief Kraus appeared at the meeting to request transfer
Police) to Account $520.0130 (Auto Allownnce) and $448.00 (Contingency)
funds in the amount of $150.00 from Account ff520.0190 .(Emergency
to Account A'520.0170 (Salaries-Janitorial). The matter was deferred
for two weeks.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.

Meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. Present were Mayor
Gottfried, Aldermen thmke, Schaumberg and Ford.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to approve payment of vouchers for the
Police Building in the amount of $14,483.05. Motion seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
