FCM197707120 FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 12, 1977 present were Aldermen Ford, Dumke and Pienkos The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at 7.36 P.M. Also Ald. Ford moved to approve vouchers in the amount of $40,133.17 to cover a portion of the new police building and the remodeling of city hall basement. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Ford moved to recommend approval of Dump Refuse Permits for Waste Management, Best Disposal and United Waste Management. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Ford moved to defer action on the request of FarwestDisposal Inc. for a Refuse Hauling Permit until the owner can be contacted and invited to a future Finance Committee meeting to clarify questions the cmittee might have. Ald. Dumke moved to approve the claim of Gary Dace, W128 57145 Flintlock Trail, for the repair of an electrical cable allegedly cut by the Public Works Department. Seconded by Ald. Ford, motion carried. Ald. Dumke moved to approve the $6.00 claim of Jean Heckert for clothing damages sustained at a park facility. Seconded by Ald. Ford, motion carried. 0 0 The committee agreed to authorize Mayor Gottfried to negotiate for the sale of three city-owned lots in Fountainwood Subdivision. Ald. Ford moved to approve Operators License for Bruce Panfil and Robert Dreis. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The committee referred a request for a temporary water ski slalom course on Little Muskego Lake to the Public Welfare Committee. Ald. Ford moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
