MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 8, 1977
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at 7:30 P.M. Also
present were Ald. Dumke, Schaumberg, Ford and Wallner.
Mr. John Kelly appeared to apply for an Operator's License,
The conrmittee reviewed the request of Mrs. Leonard Wanasek to apply
for an Operator's License. The committee noted that Mrs. Wanasek
had previously held the Class "B" License for the Union Church Tavern.
Ald. Ford moved to recmend approval of the request for an Operator's
License for Mrs. Leonard Wanasek and further, that the medical
certificate requirement for Mrs. Wanasek be waived. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed and placed on file.
The Committee deferred further discussion of the Btcentennial Park
until revised site plans are submitted by Mr. Damaske.
The committee reviewed a communication dated April 4, 1977, from Mr.
Mike Mooney of the E. M. Boerke Company relative to their plans for
meeting to be held Tuesday, June 14th to discuss their plans in depth.

Lt. Scholz appeared in behalf of himself and Chief Kraus regarding
incentive pay they have earned. Ald. Dumke moved to authorize the
City Clerk to include both Lt. Scholz and Chief Kraus on the Incentive
Program presently available to the members of the Muskego Professional
Policeman's Association. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Lt. Scholz advised the committee that the State Department of Criminal
Justice has approved funds for the City of Muskego and the City of New
Berlin for the feasibility study of a joint communication system.
A communication was received from Blue Cross regarding the coverage
of recently appointed police officer Dave Worhanek. Ald. Ford moved to
approve the payment. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Wallner brought before the Finance Committee a complaint from
Mrs. Walter Paepke regarding trespassing on her land by citizens
using Horn Field. The matter was referred to the Park and Recreation
Board.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Ford. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
