MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST lo.,: 1976
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M. by Chairman Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Schaumberg, Colburn and hmke.
Mrs. Irene Ellie appeared at the meeting to apply for a Class "A"
Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating License for "Merkt's
Beer Depot. Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend Council of approval
of said license. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved, seconded by Ald. Colburn to recommend
approval of the Library's request to transfer $300.00 from Account
fk530.046, Office SuppI%es,. to Account fk580.048, Other Supplies
and Expenses. Motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend Council approval of a resolution
refunding $597 for duplicate tax assessment of Northwest Aluminum
and Brass Foundry. Seconded by Ald. Colburn, motion carried.
