MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 11, 1976
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at 7:15 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen Schaumberg, Dumke and Colburn, Park
and Recreation Director Steven Pischke and Ald. Ford.
Mr. Steve Pischke appeared at the meeting to request $4,400.00 to
install bleachers and benches at the Mill Valley baseball diamonds,
color code courts at Jensen Center and to do the proposed work at
the Oak Grove School grounds. The matter will be reviewed at the
next Finance Committee meeting.
The committee reviewed Mr. Robert Jurgilanis's request to serve
Fermented Malt beverage at Jensen Center for a family reunion
to be held on July 18, 1976. Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend
approval of the request, seconded by Ald. Colburn, motion carried.
The committee authorized the purchase of a 36" x 48" cork bulletin board
for $20.00 to be used in city hall lobby.
Ald. Colburn moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
