MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 3, 1975
.The meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Paul J. Schaumberg. Also
present was Alderman Dumke.
The following person appeared to apply for an Operators License:
Flora C. Robinson - 5511 W. National Ave. Apt. #343A
West Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Ald. Dumke moved to recornend approval of said license. Seconded by Ald.
Schaumberg, motion carried.
City Clerk Bette Bowyer appeared at the meeting to discuss hours of
operation of city hall. This matter will be further discussed at a
future meeting.
Mrs. Bowyer also questionGtime spent by employees in her office to other
departments of the city. This matter will also be discussed at a future
meeting.
Building Inspector Lee appeared at the meeting to report that a leak had

1 developed in the roof of city hall. Ald. Schaumbe,rg moved to have the
Department repair the leak. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
Mr. Lee also reported that Electric Company poles had been placed in the
ditch line of Apollo Drive. Ald. Dumke moved to have Mr. Lee contact
the Electric Company to have said poles relocated. Seconded by Ald.
Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of 1976 contracts for
fire protection for the city. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion
carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend Council approval of Ordinance #309,
entitled, Appropriating the Necessary Funds for the Operation of the
Government and Administration of the City of Muskego for the Year 1976.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The committee reviewed City Attorney Buckley's November statement and
same was placed on file. e Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried
The meeting adjourned at 9:25 P.M.
