MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 22, 1975
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M, by Chairman Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Dumke, Schaumberg and Foldy.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operators Licenses:
Bradley Birchbauer 1200 W. Holt Ave., West Allis, Wis.
Norbert Gressle S66 W20778 Tans Dr., Muskego
Thomas Schwinn 5095 Surry La., Greendale, Wis.
Ann Marie Schimke 6727 Brian Dr., Racine, Wis.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend approval of Operators Licenses for
Bradley Birchbauer, Norbert Gressle, Thomas Schwinn and Ann Marie
Schimke. Seconded by Ald. Poldy, motion carried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed, accepted and placed
on €ile.
Applications for employment were reviewed and placed on file.
The committee reviewed a communication from the City Clerk regarding
a rescue charge for the daughter of Mrs. Esther Zenecke who was in- @ jured while swimming-in the McShane treatment ponds. The committee
directed the Clerk to bill the Zeneckes for this rescue call.
The cmittee reviewed the request for an increase in the salary of
Mrs. Charlotte Bauer, custodian at Jensen Center, It was the
cormnittee's decision to make the adjustment with that of other city
employees for 1976.
The committee reviewed Resolution 11240-75, entitlea, Authorizing
Transfer of Funds. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council adoption
of Resolution 11240-75. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to authorize the Clerk-Comptroller to make the
various inter-departmental budget transfers as per the attached list.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Mr. Allen Meyer, representing the Muskego Lakeriders, appeared at the
meeting to request permission of the Common Council, in accordance with
Section 26 (10)(l)(a) of the Municipal Code, to serve fermented malt
beverage at a Halloween party (Jensen Center) on November 1, 1975. Ald.
Schaumberg moved to recommend Council approval of said request. Sec-
0 onded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The cmittee reviewed the proposed 1976 proposed budgets for the
various departments of the city.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
