MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 4, 1975
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Foldy, Dumke and Schaumberg.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operators Licenses:

Ald. Foldy moved to recmend apprnval of Operators License for Michael
Somers, Auk- Fehrman and &fo;r,.Kenneth Fehrman subject to favorable
medical and- fingerprlat3eports. Seconded by Ald. Dude, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend approval of Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage
and Intoxicating Liquor License for Clifford's Catering, Timothy Glynn, Agt.,
Doris Thew and for Ann Gehrke and Kenneth Lepinski, As partners. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recmend approval of Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage
and Intoxicating Liquor License for Donald Miller, subject to review of
premises when completed. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recmend Council approval of Dump Refuse Hauling
Permit for Re1 Sanitation. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Council approval of a maintenance agreement
for new typewriter in city hall, Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The cormnittee reviewed City Attorney Buckley's Report and placed it on file.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend Council approval of an amendment to lease
agreement between A. Badertscher which would extend lease to a 5-year term.
Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Negotiations with Mrs. Zingsheim for offer to purchase a portion of former
Lassa lot is continuing.
Ald. Foldy moved to authorize the refund of the Wysocki down payment for lot
in Fountainwood Subdivision, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Due to a double billing for sewer charge to M. Cornwell, Glenbrook Dr., the
cmittee authorized refund in the amount of $19.80 to him.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recmend approval of Swimming Beach Permit and
Waterway Marker Permit to Martin Oschman, Donald Dixon, Willard Masterson,
Daniel Amann and Robert Klenz. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of Trap Permit for Julius Caesar,
Richard Bennett and Robt. Schaack. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carrM
The committee discussed tax delinquent lots acquired by the city in 1974
and it was their decision to negotiate with adjacent property owners for the
lot in Krogman's Subdivision and Ald. Schaumberg moved to recmend Council
approval of a resolution authorizing the advertising for sale Lot 1 Blk 27,
Hale Park Highlands, in the amount of $10,500.00 and the sale of Lot 12 Blk
15, Fountainwood Add. #3, in the amount of $7,500.00. Mr. Bertram to have
soil borings taken on same. . " -
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend approval of continuation of re-monument-
ation program with the purchase of 25 brass momument tops. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Mayor Gottfried to negotiate with members of MPPA regarding Police Dept.
grievance.
The comittee received a communication from the library regarding request
of 5% reduction in budget.
Ald. Foldy moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
