0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 21, 1975
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Schaumberg, Foldy, and Dumke.
Miss Mary Beth Ziegler, W200 S1072l E. Shore Drive, appeared to apply
for an Operator's License. Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend approval
of Operator's License for Mary Beth Ziegler, seconded by Ald. Dumke, @ motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend approval of Offer to Purchase Lot 12
Block 16, Fountainwood Subdivision, to Norbert and Irene Olejnik. Seconded
by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend approval of acceptance of Offer to Purchase
of Lot 26 Block 18 Fountainwood Subdivision to Kenneth and Sandra
Wysocki in the amount of $7,500.00.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to refund $1,000.00 bond to Walter Chmiel for
holding tank. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Mr. Alfred Badertscher, Field Drive, has requested to rent pasture land
now owned by the city as a result of development of the Ridges Subdivision.
will continue to have free access and is completely indemnified.
Mayor Gottfried advised that he has selected Mr. Douglas Paus as appraiser
for the Kurtze Lane Project.
The Finance Committee has recieved an offer to purchase a portion if the
former Lassa lot in the amount of $2,000.00. It was the committee's
decision to negotiate at a figure closer to $4,000.00
The committee has received the appraisal of the Schwefel property in the
amount of $48,000.00. It was their decision to proceed with the purchase
of this property under the ORAP Program.
Ald. Schaumberg moved for the approval of payment of General Vouchers in
the amount of $502,409.96. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved for the approval of payment of Sewer Utility vouchers
in the amount of $8,560.68. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The committee is recommending $200.00 per year for said rental as the city
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at 9:30.P.M. 0
