MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON MAY 7, 1975
0 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gottfried at 7:30 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Foldy, Dumke, Schaumberg, Supt. Bertram and Police
Chief Kraus.
Chief Kraus appeared at the meeting to request permission to have an officer
attend a 40-hour morals squad course to be held in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
Monies expended for this course would be refunded by the State. Ald. Foldy e moved to grant said request, segonded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Mr. Jerome Jaraczewski appeared to apply for a Class "B" Fermented Malt
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License (Woods Road Tap - former Alice
Jaraczewski) .
Ald. Schaumberg moved/mmmd- approval of Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage
and Intoxicating Liquor License for Donald Dixon from 5/15/75 to 6130175.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved torequnmddll license applicants as per the attached
list. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operator's License:

Maylynn Raines, W194 S7438 Racine Ave., Muskego
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend approval of Operator's Licenses for
Diane Tarnowski and Maylynn Raines. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Council approval of a resolution accepting
low bid of Community Newspapers (Muskego Sun) as city's official newspaper.
Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
The committee reviewed City Attorney Buckley's report and placed same on
file .
The committee moved to recommend Council approval of 1-year maintenance
agreement with IBM Corporation. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to waive the $5.00 permit fee for VFW Parade. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The committee received a request from G&W Patterns for a refund of $15.00.
The request was based on the fact that the Plan Commission had determined
that no public hearing was needed amending the conditional use status under
which they are operating. Ald. Schaumberg moved to make the necessary refund,
seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved, seconded by Ald. Dumke, to request County Health Department
inspection of all premises for which a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and
Intoxicating Liquor License is issued. Motion carried.
The committee received a claim from Joseph Vesbach in the amount of $752.00
for damage to soybean crop on land leased from the city. Ald. Dumke moved
to .recommend denial of claim. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried. a Aldi Schaumberg moved to-deny request tax refund for Ken Wescott. Seconded

The committee then interviewed the applicants for the position of weed harvest
ter operator. After considerable discussion it was the decision to hire Mr.
John Krahling, Jr.
meeting adjourned at 12:OO A.M. midnight.
Ald. Foldy moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The
