The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Schaumberg, Dumke, Foldy and Colburn.

Mall.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend approval of Operators License for
Richard Thode, Jerry Colbal, Joseph Hulman, Janice Masalewicz and Robert
Iverson. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dde moved to/ the approval of Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage
License €or John M. Kapsos, Jr., subject to the necessary 15 day waiting
period following advertising and subject to have his premise ready to
open by June 1, 1975. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
WiIliam.GlynnTanduLyleLWitt-.appeared at the meeting fo apply for a Class
"B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for the premise
located at 566 W14474 W. Janesville Rd. (Formerly Schubert's).
Ald. Schaumberg moved tocrecmend Council approval of a Class "B"
Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for William
Glynn and Lyle Witt. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to table the Operators application for John W.
Dentice. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
The committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting and placed a
same on file.

The committee reviewed a letter from Ken Com Engineering regarding an
increase in rates for communication equipment indicating an increase in
rate to $538.64.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend approval of paymenp of voucher for DeBack
Construction Co. for Kelsey Drive project in the amount of $64,473.35..
Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of contract between Associated
motion carried.
