@MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 20, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at 7:40 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Foldy, Dumke and Schaumberg.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operators Licenses:
Ann Gehrke, W171 S7260 Lannon Dr., Muskego
Janice Edlin 8609 Hazel La, Waterford
Laurie Klatt 206 Milwaukee Ave. , Big Bend
Mr. Kenneth Lepinski and Ann F. Gehrke appeared at the meeting to apply
for Class ''B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for
Lakeview Gardens on Lannon Drive.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of Operator's License for
Ann Gehrke, Laurie Klatt and Janice Edlin. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion
carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of Class "B" Fermented Malt
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Kenneth J. Lepinski and Ann
Gehrke pending expiration of necessary 15 day waiting period, Seconded
by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
OAld. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of request from Police
Department to advertise for bids for five 1975 model squad cars. Seconded
by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
The committee reviewed a request for:payment of 5r.ok-p glasses as submitted
by a police officer involved in recruit training.? Same-placed on file.
The committee received notification from State of Wisconsin that city is
in receipt of $464,716.84 state aids.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of maintenance agreement for
Savin copy machine at police department in the amount of $150.00 for the
year 1975. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Proposal from IBM for new electric typewriter maintenance agreement in
the amount of $49.50 per year was reviewed. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend
Council approval. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
A request from Deputy Civil Defense Director Trepanier was received re-
question transfer of $75.00 from Account $1524.0460 (office supplies) to
Capital Budget Account $1275 for purchase of monitor radio. Ald. Dumke
moved to approve said request. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Building Inspector Lee requested transfer of $250.00 from Account #525.013,
Auto Allowance, to Account 525.016, Conventions. Ald. Wke moved that
request for transfer be granted. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Council approval of offer to purchase Lot 13,
Block 16, Fountainwood 3rd Addition Subdivision, .in-.the_.ammm-~of-$.7,500.00

Finance Report of Spookfest was received from Eaycees and placed on
file.
Claim in the amount of $23.65 from Water Patrolman Zingsheim for damaged
water pump housing of his outboard motor was received and placed on file.
The committee reviewed salary increases for non-represented employees.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of Resolution 11272-74.
Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Dde moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at 9:15 P.M.
