MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 16, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Gottfried at 10:30 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Schaumberg, Foldy and Dumke.
Minutes of the previous meeting were reviewed, approved and placed on
file.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operators Licenses:

Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend approval of Operators License for
Richard Stocke, James Radish, Cynthia Badten and Nancy Callies. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved approval of Operators License for Michael V. Walsh,
pending favorable medical report.
The committee received a report from Chief Kraus on the cost of using bell
boy service should the city decide there is a need for it. The committee
accepted the report and placed it on file.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend denial of claim of Steven Kotschi as recommend-
ed by Sentry Insurance Company and Attorney Buckley. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend Council approval of purchase for the
following tax delinquent lots in the amount of $4,515.87:

Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Counzil approval of creation of position of
Assistant LibrarianII- Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of creating position for
additional Page for the Library. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend Council approval of creating position
of temporary ciidet for police department. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion
carried.
*Aid. Dumke moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
