MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 2, 1974
0 The meeting was called to order at 7: 40 P.M. by Acting Chairman Schaumberg.
Also present were Aldermen Foldy and Dumke. Mayor Gottfried arrived at
8:15 P.M.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operators Licenses:

3932 E. Apperton Ave., St. Francis
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend approval of Operators License for Jean
Ann Brem. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend approval of Operators License for
Richard Stocke and Thomas Feltz pending receipt of favorable Medical
Reports. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved for the approval of "Gathering" License for Muskego
Volunteer Fire Co. Auxiliary for November 9, 1974. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Ford appeared at the meeting to present the Park and Recreation
1975 budget proposal.
The cormnittee reviewed a motor repair claim from Water Patrolman
Singshiem in the amount of $54.68 as submitted by Chief Kraus. The
committee recommended approval of payment, money to come from
Account i1520.014, Water Patrol.
The committee will resume negotiations for 1975 labor contract with
the Police Department on October 30, 1974.
Ald. Foldy moved for approval for Officer Gifford to attend a two-day
Juvenile Justice Seminar at Madison - $25.00 to come from Acct. 11520.049,
Training and Recruitment. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Council approval of expenditure in the
amount of $400.00 to help Jaycees offset expenses incurred in their
annual Spookfest Halloween celebration. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to authorize expenditure in the amount of $400.00 to
send out informational letter regarding industrial revenue bonding.
Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
