MINUTES OF FINANCE COMMITTEE
The Finance Committee met briefly on September 18, 1974, to interview
the following persons applying for Operator's Licenses:

Mr. Dean Kaczkowski, representing the Jaycees, appeared at this meeting
to request funds in the amount of $600.00 from the city to help offset
expenses for the purchase of candy for the Halloween Spookfest which
will be sponsored by them.
The regular meeting of the Finance Committee was held on September 19,
1974, and was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at 7:lO P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Foldy, Dutpke and Schaumberg.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved and placed on file.
The committee referred the claim for automobile damage from Steve Kotschi,
14949 W. College Avenue to City Attorney Buckley.
The Refuse Hauling Permit for S. Zizzo (1 truck) which had been referred
from the Welfare Committee was reviewed. Ald. Foldy moved to recommend
Council approval of same, seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
A communication from Robert Lyons representing the Wisconsin of County
and Municipal Employees to arrange for negotiating meeting on October 16,
1974, was received.
Proposal from Johnson Service regarding maintenance of contro
reviewed and placed on file.
The committee recommended that Mr. Flamingo of Muskego Norway
System finalize the city newsletter.
