FCM19740522FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 22, 1974 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Mayor Gottfried at 7:35 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Dumke, Foldy, Schaumberg and Knudsen. Applications for Operators Licenses for Daniel Hilt, Martin Narloch and Warren Schoonmaker were considered. Ald. Schaumberg moved, as seconded by Ald, Dumke, that Operators Licenses for Martin Narloch, W177 S6981 Wildwood Drive, Muskego, Daniel J. Hilt, S74 W17426 Lake Drive, Muskego, and Warren Schoonmaker, Burlington, Wisconsin, be recommended to the Common Council for approval. Motion carried. The committee was advised that Mr. Alvin Simon was planning to withdraw his license request. It was the decision of the committee that they would move for reconsideration of the license approval granted at the last Council meeting in order that the license approved for Alvin Simon can be removed. Ald. Schaumberg moved that Mr. Alarod Davis be allowed to rent three acres of land from the City for $60.00 per year (former Bluhn property). Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The committee recommended that the City advertise the four city-owned Fountainwood lots for sale at a price of $7,500.00 each. The committee acknowledges a grievance received from Karen Rosecky, time. Ald. Foldy moved, as seconded by Ald.
