FCM19740514FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEG0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON MAY 14, 1974 The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also present were Aldermen Foldy, Dumke, Schaumberg and Ald. Knudsen. The following persons appeared to apply for Operators License: Richard Straus - W171 57260 Lannon Drive, Muskego Genevieve Straus - W171 S7260 Lannon Drive, Muskego Ald Schaumberg moved to recommend the approval of Operators License for Richard Straus and for the approval of one for Genevieve Straus subject motion carried. to receipt of favorable Fingerprint Report. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Council approval of "Gathering" License for St. Leonard's Parish for May 18, 1974. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Dumke moved for the approval of payment of vouchers as follows: and $394.61 for reimbursement to Officer Budish for expenses incurred $50.00 to Waukesha Co. Extension for Land 0 Puddles Baseball League during his course in narcotics at University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried. Ald. Dumke recommended Council approval of designating "The Sun" as temporary official city newspaper. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried. The committee agreed to authorize Scopp Electric Co. to install electricity for new city hall sign at a cost of $1,039.00. Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Council approval of the expenditure fo $900.00 for weights and measures inspections. Seconded by Ald.
