0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 9, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Acting Mayor Paul Schaumberg. Also
present were Aldermen Dumke, Foldy and Knudsen.
0 The following persons appeared to apply for Operators Licenses:

At 8:30 P.M. the meeting recessed to begin its mediation session with
the Union and State Mediator, Marshall Gratz, and the meeting reconvened
at 1O:OO P.M.
Representatives of Schultz Rod and Gun Club appeared to discuss
application for a Rifle Range and Trapshoot License at Schultz's Resort.
A letter was received from Howard H. Schultz, owner of the premise,
in an attempt to clarify who has the rights to the Rifle Range and Trap- 0 shoot facilities. No action was taken.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to approve Operators Licenses for Kevin Bushberger,
Kevin Clark, Donald E. Wood, Linda Miller, Michael Maass and Richard
Gaffney and to David Palubicki pending receipt of a favorable Medical
Report. Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
A quotation from Marek Printing Co. for the printing of the Municipal
Code was received and reviewed. No action was taken until quote is
clarified.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of salary for City
elected officials as follows:
City Clerk-Comptroller $12,900 per Yr.
City Assessor 12,700 per Yr.
City Treasurer (Part time) 4,500. per Yr.
0 Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
The committee agreed to grant the request of -Thomas Felton to be absent
from his job on May 24, 1974, without pay.
The committee recessed at 10:35 P.M. to once again meet with the Union
and Mediator and the meeting reconvened at 11:30 P.M.
Ald. Dumke moved, as seconded by Ald. Schaumberg,to amend Resolution
$183-74 by changing the salary of the Park and Recreation Building
Custodian to be $2.25 instead of $2.00 as was adopted. Motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend Council approval of Class "A" and
Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor Licenses as
per the attached list. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 12: 10 A.M.
