The committee reviewed a claim from the Telephone Co. and action on
same was deferred.
The committee reviewed a portion of the voucher payable list and the
balance will be reviewed on Tuesday evening prior to Council meeting.
The committee discussed at length the salaries of the Mayor and Aldermen.
Ald. Foldy moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 1O:OO P.M.

e MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 16, 1974
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at 7:30 P.M.
Also present were Aldermen Schaumberg, Foldy, Wallner, Knudsen and
Czarnecki.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's License: :e
Joseph Aliota - 320 Joanne Dr., Brookfield, Wis
Robert Chase - 5331 S. 114th St., Hales Corners, Wis.
Mr. Allen R. Polachowski, representing the Zerox Company and a
representative of the A. B. Dick Co. appeared at the meeting to
explain proposals for new duplicating equipment for use at city
hall.
Lt. Earl Zabel appeared at the meeting to show preliminary sketches
of proposed new police building.
The city received $4,562.96 as interest payment on Shared Tax from
State.
The city received $13,415.00 Federal revenue sharing.
The committee reviewed a rescue call report for Michael Gawrysiak and
same was referred to Public Safety Committee for recommendation.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend renewal of maintenance agreement for
/I6300 graphotype and /I1900 addressograph with Slater Equipment Co.
in the amount of $100.00 for each machine. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg,
motion carried.
