MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON OCTOBER 3.1973 0
The meeting was called to order at 8:05 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Dumke, Foldy, Schaumberg, Knudsen, Czarnecki and
Ford and Police Chief Kraus.
0 The following persons appeared to apply for Operators Licenses:
Karl Mitschka - 8125 S. White Oak Dr., Oak Creek, Wis.
Jan Flancher - W187 S6966 Gold Dr., Muskego
Mr. Kenneth Christensen, RR#1, Box 357, Waterford, Wis. appeared to
apply for a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage License for the former
Rogue Inn on Hillendale Drive. Ald. Schaumberg moved, as sedonded by
Ald. Dumke, to recommend approval'of the Class "B" License for Kenneth
Christensen subject to compliance of corrective orders as contained in
the Building Inspector's Report dated September 21, 1973.
Motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved, as seconded by Ald. Dumke, to recommend Council
approval of continuation of membership in the League of Municipalities
at a cost of $531.25. Motion carried.
0 The committee received a check in the amount of $14,988.00 as Flood
Relief Aid.
Ald. Foldy moved, as seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, to transfer $750.00
from Acct. #509.011, City Hall, Salaries and Wages, to Acct. #509.043,
Housekeeping Supplies, for the purpose of purchasing a floor scrubber
and accessories. Motion carried.
The committee reviewed a grievance filed by the Policeman
Association.was reviewed and placed on
Mrs. William Kassulke appeared at the meeting to request
of an auto mechanics course for senior scouting.

Ald. Foldy moved, as seconded by Ald. Dumke,to recommend Council approval
of the advertising of bids for five (5) new 1974 model squad cars.
Ald. Foldy moved, as seconded by Ald. Dumke, to approve the transfer of
$7100.00 from Acct. #520.011, Patrolmen, Salaries 6 Wages, to the
following accounts : I
0 Acct. # 520.027, Maint. of Vehicles $4500.00
Acct. # 520.043, Gasoline & Oil 2400.00
Acct. # 520.046, Office Supplies 200.00
