FCM19730718FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINLITES OF MEETING HELD JULY 18, 1973 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gottfried at '7:OO P.M. Also present were Aldermen Foldy, Schaumberg and Dumke. Ald. Knudsen was also present. 0 e The following persons appeared to apply for an Ouerators License: William Krueger - 4321 Sunset Dr., Waterford, Wis. Timothy Parsons - 11900 Park Lane, Wind Lake, Wis. Gerald Reichert - 6383 Topaz Dr., Muskego John Karides - S65 W18718 Onyx Dr., Muskego Mr. Gred Graves, appeared to apply for a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for S76 W17957 Janesville Rd., (Former Play- girl Lounge . Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend approval of same, seconded by Ald. Dum L e, motion carried. Ald. Foldy moved to recommend approval for an Operators License for William Krueger, Timothy Parson, Gerald Reichert and John Karides. .Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend approval for an Operators License for Edward Carroll, seconded by Ald. Dumke. The motion carried with Ald. Foldy casting a dissenting vote. (Approval for this license deferred from last meet- ing. 0 Ald. Foldy moved to recommend approval of a Junk Permit for Jack Glockner. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried. A letter is to be sent to Mr. Glockner regarding the 1975 phaseout of his business. Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend approval of a Junk (auto salvage) permit for James Kohne. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Foldy moved to release final payment in the amount of $5,000.00 to Tri-County Construction (contractor for city hall and library) as previously approved by the Council. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried. Mr. Tom Felton and Mr. John Blasius appeared to question the possibility of obtaining a Class "A" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License in the city. Ald. Foldy moved to recommend to the Council that the City sell the city- owned vacant lots in the Fountainwood Subdivision. Mr. Frank DeAngelis appeared at the meeting to express opposition to the fact that his Alderman is not allowed to attend negotiation meetings. Ald. Schaumberg moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald.
