0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 20, 1973
Chairman Gottfried called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Dumke, Foldy and Schaumberg.
The committee reviewed the general vouchers payable and Ald. Dumke moved
to recommend Council approval of payment of same in the amount of $341,254.13, .. payable June 26, 1973. Seconded by^ Ald. Foldy, motion carried. a - Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval of a Trapshoot Permit for
Richard Bennett (Big Muskego Gun Club)+nd a Rifle Range Permit for Alvin
Simon (Black Duck Inn). Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy recommended Council approval of a "Gathering" License for St.
Paul's Lutheran Church for August 5, 1973. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
The following persons appeared for application for Operator's License:
Silas Topping - S74 W17408 Lake Dr., Muskego
Vivian Schmidt, S98 W24000 Forest Home Ave., Big Bend
Richard Milewski - 29k3 N. Frederick St., Milwaukee
The Finance Committee reviewed a report from the Muskego PBlice Dept.
regarding the operation of a tavern by Mr. Winston Albee in Mukwonago.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend denial of the Class "B" Fermented Malt
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Mr. Albee. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Council approval of Operator's License for
Silas Topping and Vivian Schmidt subject to receipt of favorable Fingerprint
Report. Seconded by Ald. Schaumberg, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved for the approval of Operator's License for Richard Milewski.
Seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried.
Ald. Schaumberg moved to recommend Council approval of a Class "B" Fermented
Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for the Town Casino, Inc.,
Jill Ulik, Agent. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to grant Chief Kraus's request to take a graduate course
at Marquette University which would require four hours per week for a six
week period providing he would relinquish three days of his 1973 vacation.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
James Kibbe appeared at the meeting for clarification of his hours of over- 0 time and how it is to be treated.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Council renewal of a Dump Refuse Hauling
motion carried. I Permit for three vehicles of Re1 Sanitation. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,

Ald. Wallner requested that the minutes of this meeting include that he
had been requested to leave during negotiations with City Hall and Library emr
The Clerk's Office is reminded that no applicant will be interviewed unless
a Medical and Fingerprint Report has been received by the Committee.
Aid. Dumke moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Foldy, motion carried. The
meeting adjourned.
