MINUTES OF MEETING HELD ON MARCH 22, 1973
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. Present were Chairman Gottfried,
Aldermen Dumke, Knudsen, Foldy and Cole.

Ald. Foldy moved to recommend Council approfal of all of the applicants
for Operators Licenses. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recomend Council approval of a Class "B" Fermented
Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Thomas Brass. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Cole moved to recommend adoption of a resolution by the Common Council
that would provide for one Lieutenany in the Police Department and that
upon the vacancy of the first two Lieutenant positions of the three now
existing, that that position shall be abolished. Seconded by Ald. Foldy.
Motion carried.
The City of Muskego has been notified by the E.P.A. that they will receive
$65,553.00 for the northeast treatment plant.
The City has received $23,077.60 from Wisconsin Highway aids.
0 The results of the election for representation of city hall employees by
AFSCME -AFT,-CIO held on March 7, 1973, were 7 in favor and 1 opposed.
Ald. Foldy moved to purchase two street maps from Milwaukee Map Service
for $225.00. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
A claim has been received from the Wisconsin Telephone in the amount of
insurance carrier.
$797.78 for damages to cable. Same has been referred by the city's
Correspondence from Sentry Insurance Co. refusing claim of Karen Rosecky
was received and placed on file.

Ald. Cole moved to approve $70.00 from Account 048 for the Police
Department to enter a baseball team in the County Law Enforcement
League as part of the physical fitness program. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke. Motion carried.
Requests from Mary Bursek and Teresa Marcille for time off from
their duties without pay were denied by the committee.
Ald. Cole moved to recommend payment of general vouchers in the
amount of $64,713.28, sewer construction vouchers in the amount of
$23,399.13 and sewer utility vouchers in the amount of $4,678.66.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Building Inspector Lee appeared at 9:37 P.M. to discuss topographic
mapping proposals. The committee narrowed their decision to two firms,
Alster 6 Associates and Inman - Aerometrics. Committee will make a
final decision by Thursday, March 22nd.
The committee recommended that the library select the Xerox 914 copier
for one year's trial period.
Ald. Cole moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. The meeting
adjourned at 10:45 P.M.
