MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 22, 1972
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Cole, Duke and Foldy.
The minutes of the previous meeting held November 8, 1972, were reviewed
and placed on file.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's License:

Robert Budish, 8806 W. Layton Ave., Greenfield, Wis.
James Gleason, 14201 W. Crestview Dr., New Berlin, Wis.
John Gardner, S70 W14464 Belmont Dr., Muskego, Wis.
Robert Grove, W175 S7018 Hiawatha Dr., Muskego, Wis.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Common Council approval of Operator's
Licenses for Robert Budish, James Gleason, John Gardner and Robert Grove.
Seconded by Ald. Cole. Motion carried.
Ald. Foldy moved to recommend payment of general vouchers in the amount
of $125,607.67. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
$341,448.38 has been received from the State as the final payment for
shared taxes for 1972.
A letter has been received from Kenneth Brach, advising that he will
relinquish the Class "B" License for the premises located at St36 W21693
Janesville Rd.
A letter has been received from Mrs. R. E. Lassa, President of Muskego
Realty, regarding the sale of her property to the City of Muskego.
A letter has been received from R. J. Kreuser, Superintendent of the
Muskego-Norway Consolidated Schools, dated 11/1/72, advising that the
School Board has approved the extension covering the lease for Denoon
School thruough June 15, 1973.
Gerald P. Lee has reported on the repairs necessary at the tavern at
S86 W21693 Janesville Rd.
A request has been received from Robert Lyons, Wisconsin Council of
County and Municipal Employees Union, that .the City recognize that Labor Un
Union as the Bargaining Agent for the City Hall and Library Employees.
After a lengthy discussion, Ald. Cole moved to recommend that the Council
require a formal petition and hearing before the W.E.R.C. Seconded by e Ald. Foldy. Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Cole. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:40 P.M.
