MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 8, 1972
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Dumke, Foldy, Knudsen and Sapp.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend payment of general vouchers in the amount
of $94,621.54. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend payment of sewer construction vouchers
in the amount of $62,586.98. Seconded by Ald. Foldy. Motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend issuance of a "Gathering" Permit for
Muskego Athletic Association to be held at Kurth Park on August 12, 1972.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend issuance of rubbish hauling permits for
Mill Valley Salvage (2 trucks), Thomas Disposal (2 trucks) and Sanitary
Disposal Co. (3 trucks). Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
A proposal has been received from Damaske Electronics for the new
city hall sound system in the amount of $957.68. A previous proposal was
received from Minash & Co. in the amount of $1098.71. The price
difference appears to be in theequipment included. Mr. Damaske's proposal
calls for 4 less speakers and baffles, however, it was his opinion that 5
speakers would be sufficient. Ald. Foldy moved to recommend acceptance
of the Damaske Electronics proposal, subject to the satisfactory negot-
iations on the warrante period and microphone controls. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke. Motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Foldy. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:OO P.M.
