MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 22, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Sapp, Narlock and Burgermeister.
Minutes of meeting held 12/8/71 were reviewed and placed on file.
Donald White, W171 S7200 Lannon Dr., appeared to apply for an Operator's
License. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of same pending receipt
of favorable Fingerprint Report. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
The committee received notice from the State Treasurer's Office that
Muskego would receive $99,726.02 in utility taxes.
Ald. Sapp moved to reimburse Robert Falkowski (Tax Key #2193.989.09)
in the amount of $148.60 for year 1969 and $142.27 for year 1970, for
duplicate assessment. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
The contract for 1972 with Cinncinati Time Recorder for the city garage
time clock was discussed. The committee decided not to recommend renewal
of contract.
Letter received and placed on file stating that City of Muskego was to
receive $28,431.63 supplemental road aids for 1971.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend that Mitchel Rosinski be approved as
Agent for the V.F.W. Post 88171. Seconded by Ald. Sapp, motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend approval of payment of vouchers in the amount
of $337,086.98. Seconded by Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of payment of sewer utility
vouchers in the amount of $4,573.86. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion
carried.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to recommend Common Council approval for
acceptance of Wm. Kilps Sons offer of $61,100.00 for 9% acres of city-
owned land on Pioneer Drive, based upon preliminary plans being approved
by Plan Commission and rezoning request passed by Council with the
possibility of the monetary value of each unit being increased. Seconded
by Narlock. Motion carried.
At 8:lO P.M. the committee met with the Muskego Dispatchers Unit of Local
1365-B for 1972 salary negotiations.
Ald. Burgermeister moved for the approval of certain transfer of funds
within the Public Works Budget. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Narlock, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 1O:lO P.M.
