MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 17, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 8:OO P.M. by Chairman Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Sapp and Burgermeister.
The minutes of meeting held on November 3, 1971, were reviewed and
placed on file.
The following pereons appeared for Operators Licenses:
Randall West, Eagle, Wis.
Sharson Lundeen, W171 S6820 Lannon Dr., Muskego, Wis.
Richard McConna, 2135 N. 31st St., Milwaukee, Wis.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend approval of Operators License for Randall
West, pending receipt of favorable Fingerprint Report. Seconded by
Burgermeister, motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to reconnnend approval of Operators Licenses for
Sharron Lundeen and Richard McConna pending receipt of favorable
Fingerprint and Medical Report. Seconded by Burgermeister. Motion
carried.
Ald. Sapp moved for the approval of payment of vouchers in the amount
of $575,228.83. Seconded by Burgermeister, motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved that Engineer Barry be reimbursed in the amount of
$17.96 for expenses incurred while attending the American Public
Works Association meeting at Neenah, Wisconsin. Amount to be added
to the voucher list. Seconded by Burgermeister, motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved for the approval of payment of sewer vouchers in the
amount of $5,311.62. Seconded by Burgermeister, motion carried.
Ald. Burgermeister moved that the City of Muskego continue their
membership in the National Suburban League for the year 1972 at a
cost of $100.00. Seconded by Sapp, motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to authorize city payment regarding tax foreclosure
of Tax Key #2171.024, Lot 3 Blk B, Southern Heights Subdivision (comer
of Lannon and Martin Drives) for 1967 Certificate No. 1392 in the amount
of $18.67. Seconded by Burgermeister, motion carried.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to authorize payment to Gerald Ross, Deputy
Building Inspector and Sewer Treahnent Plant Operator, at the rate of
1OC per mile. Seconded by Ald. Sapp, motion carried.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to recommend approval of Resolution #199-71
and the payment to be spread over three years, first two years 1/2
of the 1969 portion and the last year the 1970 portion. Seconded
by Ald. Sapp, motion carried.

motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to waive Personal Property Tax of Mr. Norman Muschenski
for the year of 1970, Tax Key PWO-l2/P"OOl due to condemnation of
building. Seconded by Burgermeister, motion carried.
Ald. Burgermeister moved to have specifications prepared for bidding
of city insurance for 1972. Seconded by Sapp, motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved for approval for the bidding of squad cars following
approval of the 1972 City Budget by the Common Council. Seconded by
Burgermeister. Motion carried.
