Present were Mayor Gottfried, Aldermen Sapp, Narlock and Burgermeister. Minutes of meeting held on June 16, 1971, were reviewed and placed on file. The following persons appeared to apply for Operators Licenses: Herman Klepp, RR#1, Box 457, Waterford, Wis. Richard Buck, 105 E. Park Ave., Waukesha, Wis. Dennis Lamar, 2639 Cozy Acre Rd., Racine, Wis. William Sklenar, Jr., 705 N. Greenfield Ave., Waukesha, Wis. Donald E. McCullough, W194 S7256 Richdorf Dr., Muskego, Wis. Richard Mather, 3126 S. 66th St., Apt. #3, Milwaukee, Wis. Barbara Mather, 3126 S. 66th St., Apt. #3, Milwaukee, Wis. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of Operators License for Herman Klepp,and Dennis Lamar. Seconded by Sapp, motion carried. Ald. Sapp moved to recommend approval of Operators License for Richard Buck-pending receipt of favorable Medical and Fingerprint Reports. Seconded by Narlock, motion carried. 0 Ald. Sapp moved to recommend approval of Operators Licenses for Donald E. McCbllough pending receipt of favorable Medical and Fingerprint Reports. Seconded by Narlock, motion carried. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of Operators License for William Sklenar, Jr., pending receipt of favorable Fingerprint Report. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried. Ald. Burgermeister moved to recommend approval of Operators License for Richard and Barbara Mather, pending receipt of favorable Medical and Fingerprint Reports. Seconded by Narlock, motion carried. Richard V. Mead, S102 W19570 Kelsey Drive, appeared for his interview to hold a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License. Reports have not been received from City Clerk or Treasurer regarding the City Audit questions raised in minutes of 6/16/71, still under study by both. Ald. Sapp moved for approval of "Gathering" License for V.F.W. {I8171 for July 9th, 10th and llth, 1971. Seconded by Narlock, motion carried. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of "Gathering" License for St. Paul's Lutheran Church for 8/1/71. Seconded by Sapp, motion carried. Letter dated 6/30/71 from John Shabaz regarding Bill #614 was read and placed on file. Letter dated 6/22/71 from Motorola Communications and Electronics cancelling maintenance contract with City of Muskego as of 7/1/71 was read and placed on file. Letter dated 6/17/71 from VFW Post /I8171 was read regarding the use of City Hall on 7/11/71 for the changing of their clothes due to their parade. Narlock moved to grant permission for use of City Hall. Seconded by Sapp, motion carried. - City of Muskego Finance Committee Meeting July 7, 1971 - Page 2. 0 0 Correspondence received from State of Wisconsin stating that the City of Muskego would receive $1,649.55 in Telephone Aids. Letter.dated 6/18/71 from Glenn Davis was read and placed on file referring to a surplus dredge from the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. Letter received from the State of Wisconsin indicating that the City of Muskego would receive $1,496.67 as their share of Fire Department dues . Ald. Sapp moved that the City Treasurer write off each of the following Rescue Service charges in the amount of $25.00 due to being unable to contact parties involved. Narlock moved to recommend payment of 1124th car allowance to Mr. Robb (Plumbing Inspector) while he was employed by the U. S. Government which is due and payable to him (Resolution #127-68). Seconded by Burgermeister. Motion carried. Ald. Burgermeister moved to recommend to the Council that City Clerk bill the Calendar Quarters for Sewer Service Charges for Dist. F-6 as follows: 211-4/30: 511-7131: 811-10131: 1111-1/31. Seconded by Narlock, motion carried. Ald. Sapp moved to recommend to the Council the acceptance of the Capital Budget for the years 1972, 1973, 1974 and 1975 as suggested by the Capital Budgeting Committee.
