FCM19710303FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 3, 1971 Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Narlock and Wollman. Mr. David Gourlie of the Wisconsin Department of Administration, Bureau of Personnel, was present to review and discuss personnel management surveys that he has directed for a considerable number of Wisconsin Municipal Governments. A period of questions and answers followed his presentation. The Committee reviewed the discussion after Mr. Gourlie had departed. Wollman moved to recornend approval of a proposal to conduct a Personnel Management Survey of the Muskego Municipal Government by the Wisconsin Bureau of Personnel. Narlock seconded. Motion carried. The City received $1,699.89 from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for the operation of the Water Safety Patrol. The allowable claim is $2,328.92 and the difference may be received after the Department has obtained the necessary funds. 8:35 P.M. Narlock moved to adjourn. Wollman seconded.
