FCM19710217FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO 0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 17, 1971 Mayor Gottfried called the meeting to order at 7:35 P.M. Also present were Aldermen Narlock, Wollman and Foldy. The minutes of the previous meeting held on February 3, 1971, were reviewed and placed on file. Jerome Brzeski, 18285 Loomis Road, Wind Lake, appeared to apply for -e an Operator's License. Narlock moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for Jerome Brzeski, subject to receipt of a favorable Fingerprint and Medical Report. Seconded by Wollman. Motion carried. Wollman moved to authorize the advertisement for bids of the sale of 9% acres of city land on Pioneer Drive. Narlock seconded. Motion carried. Narlock moved to recomnend approval of assessment corrections covering errors as presented by Assessor Paul DeAngelis. Wollman seconded. Motion carried. Wollman moved to approve payment of vouchers in the amount of $175,985.11. 0 Narlock seconded. Motion carried. Wollman moved to table Police Deparhuent request for retention of bounty fees. Narlock seconded. Motion carried. Narlock moved to amend the Salary Ordinance so as to have the full time Library employees work a 40-hour week. Wollman seconded. Motion carried. Narlock moved to amend the Salary Ordinance to include a Police Department janitress, salary to be $2.14 per hour. Wollman seconded. Motion carried. A review was made of the cost for a complete classification and compensation survey of all city employees by the Bureau of Personnel from the State of Wisconsin. After some discussion, action was deferred until the next meeting . Wollrnan moved to adjourn. Seconded by Narlock. Motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 8:45 P.M.
