MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 3, 1971
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Acting Mayor Wollman.
Also present were Aldermen Narlock and Sapp.
The following persons appeared apply for Operator's Licenses:
Diane Wrightsman, S85 W21175 Janesville Rd., Muskego.
Roger Schmitt, 16780 W. Greenfield Ave., Brookfield.
James J. Tolson, 4511 W. Clybourn St., Milwaukee
Neil J. Massey, 9617A W. Cleveland Ave., West Allis.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend the approval of an Operator's License
for Diane Wrightsman. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License
for Roger Schmitt, subject to receipt of a favorable Fingerprint Report.
Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for
James Tolson, subject to receipt of favorable Medical and Fingerprint
Reports. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to recornend approval of an Operator's License
for Neil J. Massey, subject to receipt of a favorable Fingerprint
Report. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
A "Gathering" License application for St. Leonard's Holy Name Society
for February 13, 1971, was received. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend
Council approval of this license. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion
carried.
The minutes of the previous meeting held on January 13, 1971, were
reviewed and placed on file.
Estimates were received for the installation of sanitary sewer lateral
for the City Hall Annex as follows:

Ald. Sapp moved to recommend Council approval of the low estimate in
the amount of $625.00 from John Lang. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion
carried.
A notice of a public hearing to be held on February 16, 1971, at Eagle,
Wisconsin, regarding School District reorganization, was received.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend Council approval of the Tess Corners
Fire Dept. rescue service contract for 1971. Seconded by Ald. Sapp.

Ald. Sapp moved to recommend that tax bills in the amount of $190.53
on land now owned by the city be paid. Seconded by Ald. Narlock.
Motion carried. (Lottie Zrembski)
Ald. Narlock advised the Committee that the Library Board indicated
their consern about the new work week consisting of 37% hours which
could possibly necessitate overtime pay for some employees.
Ald. Narlock moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
