MINUTES OF MEETING HELD DECEMBER 8, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 7:50 P.M. by Mayor Jerome Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Narlock, Wollman and Sapp.
The meeting was called for the purpose of discussing Resolution #259-70,
Acceptance of Highest Bid for the Former Bluhm House.
Ald. Wollman moved to recommend Council acceptance of the high bid
of $15,000.00 received from Robert Weiker. Seconded by Ald. Narlock.
Motion carried.
Ald. Wollman moved to recommend that the Common Council reject the
bid of William Reilly & Associates for the purchase of the 9.5 acres
of city-owned lan,d and to authorize the Finance Committee to re-ad-
vertise for bfds. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Sapp move to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:OO P.M.
