MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 7th. 1970
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Dwyer, Narlock, Wollman and Sapp.
Ald. Burgermeister appeared to request a transfer of funds from within
the Park and Recreation Budget to Acct. #583.011, Wages & Salaries, in
and Grounds, in the amount of $395.00.
the amount of $2,896.00 and to Acct. #583.0481, Maintenance of Buildings
Lanny G. LaDell, P.O. Box 64, Big Bend, Wisconsin, appeared to apply
for an Operator's License.
John Collins, 146 S. Hartwell Ave., Waukesha, Wisconsin, appeared to
apply for an Operator's License and a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage
and Intoxicating Liquor License.
Diane Kwasigroch, W191 S6435 Hillendale Dr., Muskego, appeared to apply
for an Operator's License.
Nancy Crewz, S74 W17098 Janesville Rd., Muskego, appeared to apply for
an Operator's License.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for
Lanny G. LaDell and Diane Dwasigroch, subject to the receipt of favorable
Medical Reports. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for John
Collin-s, subject to receipt of favorable Medical Report. Seconded by
Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for
Nancy Crewz, subject to receipt of a favorable Fingerprint Report.
Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
Ald. Wollman moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for
Jacqueline Von Rixel. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Received from the State of Wisconsin was a check in the amount of #102,021.31
for Income Tax apportionment.
$701.44 was received from Waukesha County for Dog License refund.
Interest due in the amount of $104.13 was received from the Marine
National Exchange Bank.
A letter was received from Sentry Insurance advising the City that they 0 will extend our Insurance Coverage until December 31st, 1970.
The Committee will meet with an Insurance Consultant at the next meeting
to review the present Insurance Coverage.
The Wisconsin Instutute of Municipal and County Employees, Inc., refunded
our $100.00 payment as there was not sufficient interest in their Labor
relations^ Service to institute same..- .. ~. -~ - - -.
Chief Utpatel and Milton Baas appeared to review the 1971 Budget for the
Tess Corners Fire Department.
Chief Ludwig, Patrick White, Richard Martin, Carl Mack, Delbert Holtz
and Floyd Wentlandt appeared to discuss the Muskego Fire Dept. Budget 0 for 1971. -
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 11:27 P.M.
