e MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 16, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 8:37 P.M. by Mayor Gottfriel d. Also
present were Aldermen Foldy, Narlock, Wollman and Sapp.
The following persons appeared to apply for Operator's Licenses:
Kevin Buschberger, 18250 Loomis Rd., Wind Lake, Wis.
Ronald R. Jazwiak, S67 W12869 Empress Ct., Hales Corners, Wis.
Jacqueline Van Rixel, 1213 S. 36th St., Milwaukee, Wis.
Ald. Wollman moved to recommend Council approval of an,Operator's
License for Ronald R. Jazwiak, ,ubject to receipt of a favorable Finger-
print Report. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for Kevin
Bushberger, subject to the receipt of a favorable Fingerprint Report.
Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Wollman moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for
Jacqueline Van Rixel, subject to the receipt of a favorable Police Dept.
and Fingerprint report. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Wollman moved to recommend approval of an Operators License for
Mrs. Violet Erno. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of a "Gathering" License for
St. Leonard's Holy Name Society. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion
carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of a "Gathering" License for
the Ladies Auxiliary of the Muskego Volunteer Fire Department for
October 24, 1970. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
A remittance was received from the State of Wisconsin in the amount
of $63,889.80, Highway Aids.
Resolution #188-70, Authorization to join the State Insurance Fund was
discussed. Ald. Wollman moved to recommend the tabling of this res-
olution. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Mayor Gottfried and Ald. Wollman advised the committee that Mr. Harold
Diekfuss is interested in renting the former Bluhm property for 1971.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend payment of vouchers in the amount of
$133,379.34. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
An offer to purchase was received from Attorney William V. Reilly and
Mr. Leon Joseph, offering to purchase the 9.5 acres of the former
Hohensee property. Ald. Sapp moved to bring the matter to the Common
Council. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion
