MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 19, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 8:08 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Narlock, Wollman and Sapp.
e The minutes of the previous meeting held on August 5, 1970, were reviewed
and placed on file.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's License:

John Repenski 800 Delafield St., Waukesha
At 8:30 P.M. Mayor Gottfried declared a recess and the meeting reconvened
at 9:20 P.M.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend Common Council approval of Operator's Licenses
for Irvin Stuedemann, Robert Luther, James Hall and John Repenski, all
subject to receipt of favorable Fingerprint Reports. Seconded by Ald.
Wollman. Motion carried.
The sale of approximately 95 acres of city owned land was discussed.
appraisers to appraise this 9# acre site, with the cost not to exceed
$300.00. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Mayor Gottfried read a communication received from Calvary Church, same
to be presented to the Common Council.
Ald. Narlock moved to transfer $642.03 to Acct. R521.0122, Muskego Fire
Protection Service and $642.03 to Acct. #520.081, Capital Outlay - Police
Department (Total $1,284.06) from Acct. #550.048, Engineering Equipment,
for reimbursement to the Muskego Volunteer Fire Company for the Installation
of a well. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
Mayor Gottfried read a letter received from Gazinski, Schulze and Zemanovic,
which included a stathent in the amount of $9,000.00,
City Clerk Bette Bowyer appeared to discuss the City's Blue Cross
Insurance Plan which covers city employees.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend payment of vouchers in the amount of
$79,987.65. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
0 Ald. Wollman moved that the city hire two professional real estate

Ald. Narlock moved to recommend Council approval of the low bid from
Harold Luedtke Painting & Decorating in the amount of $1,890.00 which
includes city hall, garage, and repplacement of windows in city garage.
Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
