Minutes of Meeting held August 5th, 1970.
The Meeting was called to order at 7:50 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried.
Also present were Aldermen Dwyer, Narlock, Wollman and Sapp. e- Mr. Robert Kujawski, Rt. #2, Box 324A, (Hy. G) Hales Corners,
appeared to apply for an Operator's License.
Mr. Ted Blattner, W125 S9706 N. Cape Rd., Hales Corners, appeared to
apply for a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating
Liquor License.
The hketing recessed at 8:OO P.M.
The Meeting re-convened at 8:40 P.M.

Ald. Wollman moved to recommend Common Council approval of an Operator's
License for Robert Kujawski, seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend approval of a Class "B" Fermented Malt
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Ted Blattner, subject
to the necessary advertising. Seconded by Ald. Wollman, the motion
carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend approval of a Operator's License for
George Slaby. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Wollman moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for Richard Smith, subject to receipt of a favorable Medical Report.
Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License
for Soren H. Oliver, subject to a favorable Medical Report. Seconded
by Ald. Wollman, the motion carried.
Ald. Sapp Moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for
Richard Burns. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. The motion carried.
for Judith Buckett. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Ald. Wollman moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License
Ald. Sapp moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for
Paul Rathman, Jr. Seconded by Ald. Wollman, the motion carried.
The request from Charles Rathsack for reconsideration of the denial of his Operator's License was discussed. Ald. Wollman moved to sustain
the denial. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Sewer vouchers from Cathlina in the amount of $77, 535.90, Ramplex
$2,095.54 were reviewed. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend Council
in the amount of $62,167.04 and Ruekert & Mielke in the amount of
approval of these vouchers. Seconded by Ald. Wollman, the motion
carried.

Ald. Wollman moved to recommend approval of a Junk Yard Permit for
Jack Glockner, subject to his developing a berm of dirt along Woods
Road. Seconded by Ald. Sapp, the motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of a.Junk Yard Permit for
James Kohne. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
Kendziorski, as per Resolution #14-69, J 400.00 and retain $100.00
until the Big Muskego Lake Project is approved by the State of
Wisconsin. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Attorney Buckley's Offer to Purchase, as prepared for the sale of
approximately 9-1/2 acres of the former Hoenssee property, was
reviewed.
A refund due Mr. Cunningham in the amount of $133.00 was reviewed.
It was noted that the refund is due, due to the fact that the original
petition was covering the entire 146 acres of the Schaefer farm,
whereas the new petition covers only 13 acres.
The bill in the amount of $1,284.06 received from the Muskego
Volunteer Fire Company for the new well to service the Police Depart-
ment and the Fire Department, was approved for payment.
Ald. Wollman moved to adjourn, seconded by Ald. Sapp. The motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 10:32 P.M.
Ald. Wollman moved to authorize the Cit Clerk to pay Casey
