Also present were Aldermen Dwyer, Foldy, Narlock, Wollman and Sapp. Robert Kwasigroch, W191 S6435 Hillendale Dr., appeared to apply for an e Operator's License. Robert H. Lien, 5874 S. Trinthammer Ave., Cudahy, appeared with Mr. Seven Schuler, to apply for a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License and a Swimming Beach Permit for DeNoon Beach, Inc. Charles Rathsack, S64 W18375 Topaz Dr., appeared to apply for an Operator's License. Mrs. Mary DOSS, S86 W13988 Priegel Dr., appeared to apply for a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License. Ald. Sapp moved to recommend approval of a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for DeNoon Beach, Inc., subject to the necessary advertising. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried. Ald. Wollman moved to recommend approval of a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Mrs. Mary DOSS, subject to the payment of delinquent Personal Property Tax and the necessary advertising. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for Robert Kwasigroch, subject to receipt of favorable Fingerprint and Medical Reports. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried. Ald. Sapp moved to recommend denial of an Operator's License for Charles Rathsack. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend denial of an Operator's License for James Harsch, 5527 W. National Ave., West Allis, seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried. An application was received from St. Paul's Lutheran Church for a Picnic (Gathering) License for August 2, 1970. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend Common Council approval of this application. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried. 0 0 Applications for Junk Licenses were received from Jack Glockner and Joan Kohne. Ald. Wollman moved to refer this to the Plan Commission.: Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried. Applications received from Daniel Amann and DeNoon Beach, Inc. for Swimming Beach Licenses were reviewed. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded - - by .~ Ald. Wollman, motion carried.- \ No applications have been received from Sandy Beach or Aud-Mar for Swimming Beach Licenses. A letter will be directed to them advising them that they one week's time to make such applications. The matter of securing bids for the painting of city hall and city garage was discussed. A bill was received from Casey Kendziorski in the amount of $400.00 (with $100.00) due later) for the submittal of technical data to the State of Wisconsin, for the Big Muskego Project. Approval of this voucher was withheld pending review of Resolution #14-69. @An offer was received from Douglas Franzen for the purchase and removal of the fieldstone which exists in the foundation of the former Scholbe barn in the amount of $6.00. Ald. Wollman moved to recommend acceptance of this offer. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried. A communication from Barbara Polce, regarding her lack of coverage under the city's Group Hospital Plan was received and placed on file. A check in the amount of $60.00 was received and accepted from Harold Scholbe in payment for the hay from the former Foth property. The Chamber of Commerce has requested that the city sell their organization 100 small City Seals at cost. Ald. Wollman moved to sell the Chamber 100 seals at 406 each. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. 0 Motion carried. A communication was received from State Treasurer Clemens. notifying the city that a check in the amount of $16,086.42 in payment of our share of the telephone tax, has been mailed to our Treasurer, Jean Sanders. The matter of the bill in the amount of $2,284.06, received from the Muskego Volunteer Fire Department, for the installation of a new well, was discussed. The Fire Department will be asked to submit a more detailed bill. - The committee discussed the possible sale of approximately seven acres of the former Hohensee property east of Pioneer Drive. Ald. Sapp moved to recommend Common Council approval of a resolution calling for the advertising for bids. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried. Ald. Sapp moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Narlock.
