Also present were Aldermen Narlock, Wollman, and Sapp. Joseph S. Ciardo, 3172 S. 8th Street, Milwaukee, appeared to apply for a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License. Glenn A. Bailey, Box 779 Milwaukee Ave., Big Bend, appeared/to apply for a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License. Cathie A. Matelski, 12355 Fries Lane, Wind Lake, appeared to apply for an Operator's License. Agnes Pickering, 402 E. College Ave., Pjilwaukee, appeared to apply br an Operator's License. Gregory A. Longhurst, 11908 W. Loomis Rd., Franklin, appeared to apply for an Operator's License. The minutes of the previous meeting, held on May 20th, 1970, were reviewed and placed on file. Ald. Wollman moved to recommend approval of Xi4 Operator's Licenses for Cathie A. Matelski and Agnes Pickering, subject to receipt Of Motion Carried. favorable Fingerprint and Medical Reports. Seconed by Ald. Narlock. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of and Operator's License for Gregory A. Longhurst. Seconded by Ald. Nollman. Motion Carried.' Applications for Class "A" and Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and ,Intoxicating Liquor Licenses for the Fiscal Year 2970-71 were re- viewed. Ald. Wollman moved to recommend approval of the Licenses Narlock. Motion Carried. for all applicants shown on the attached list. Seconded by Ald. A letter was read from the State of Wisconsin - Department of Revenue, requesting that we again withhold issuance of licenses, until all delinquent taxes due the State of Wisconsin, are paid. Ald. Narlock koved to reco end Commm Council approval of a Resolution to this effect. SecoTd by Ald. Wollman. Motion Carried. A letter from the Trust Department of the Marine National Exchange Bank, dated May 25th, 1'370, Xi%?pMKXXMgX regarding the Paying Agefit Fees, on our Notes of $1,050,000. and $305,000., was read, reviewed and placed on file. A note from State Treasurer Clemens, stating that a check in the mailed to our Treasurer, was read and placed on file. amount of $127,672.07, in payment of Income Tax Rebates, has been Chief Kraus's letter of Nay 4th, 1970, requesting that e be allowed to attend Marquette University, 5 days per week, from BG -18-70 to 7-31-70, from 9:15 A.M. to 1:30 P. M. , was discussed. Ald. .Narlock moved to recommend that~he be granted the time off, subject to Seconded by Ald. PJollman. Motion Carried. the terms and conditions stated in his letter, referred to above. A letter from Continental Bank & Trust, dated February 3rd, 1970, and City Attorney Buckley's letter of hlay 20th, 1970, regarding the City of Muskeqo's Tax Deeds for Fountainwood Subdivision Lots, were read and discussed. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend that the City reatin title to Lots 11, 12, & 13 of Block lG, Lot 26 of Block Subdivision Addition #3. Seconded by Ald. Tiollman. Motion Carried. 18, Lot 2 of Block 24, and Lot 2 of Block 25, in Fountainwood along with Vilah Davis A letter of resignation was received from City Engineer Joseph Kelsenberg, dated Nay 26th, 1970. A letter from City Attorney to recommend that the Common Council accept Mr. Kelsenberg's resignation. Seconded By Ald. Sapp. Motion Carried. Ald. Dwyer and Foldy, and City Ettbr.ney Ruckley joined the meeting at 8:45 P. M. Seegar Swanson Appeared to discuss Parts I, 11, & I11 of the Ehlers and Associates contract with the City of Muskeqo. Consid- erable time was alaoted to the discussion of the "Note Record" dated June 3rd, 1970, and prepared by the Ehlers Company. Ald. Sapp moved to adjourn, Seconded by Ald. bJollman.
