a MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 6th, 1970
The meeting was called to order at 8:32 P.M. by Mayor Gottfried. Also
present were Aldermen Narlock, Wollman and Sapp.
Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Simon, 1912 E. Trowbridge, Milwaukee, Wisconsin,
appeared before the committee to apply for a Class "Bl' Fermented
Malt Beverage and Intoxicating License.
Mr. Geoffrey J. Gottheardt, W198 S10977 Racine Ave., Muskego, appeared
to apply for an Operator's License.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for
Geoffrey J. Gottheardt. Seconded by Ald. Wollman. Motion carried.
Payment in the amount of $63,526.34 was received from the State of
Wisconsin, Code 325 - Local Road Aids.
A request from Carl Bergmann, Sr., for the creation of a promissory
note to cover the payment of his delinquent 1969 Personal Property
tax in the amount of $105.38 was received. Action was deferred to
determine the results of the payment of a previous promissory note.
The committee discussed the matter of duplicate assessments. A letter
from City Attorney Buckley, defining State Statutes and the City's
authority to remit any taxes already paid, which may have been the
result of a double assessment.

An application for employment was received, reviewed and placed on
file, from Karen Rosecky, S63 W18947 College Ave., Muskego.
The Fee Schedule and Application for Labor Relations Service received
from the League of Wisconsin Municipalities was reviewed. No action
was taken by the committee.
The bids for the bonding of city employees were reviewed. The bids
received were as follows:

Ald. Wollman moved to accept the quotation of Mr. Mitchell J. Rosinski
representing Family Insurance Specialists, in the amount of $283.00
covering a 2 year period. Seconded by Ald. Narlock. Motion carried.
Mr. Casey Kendziorski appeared to discuss his recent Engineering
Proposal. Ald. Wollman moved to defer action until the next budget
preparation period. Seconded by Ald. Sapp. Motion carried.
Ald. Sapp moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. Wolhan. Motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
