MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 18, 1970
Mavor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. Also present ~~ ~
were Aldermen Budish, DeBack and Narlock.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as mailed.

Guenther P. Christ, W191 S6435 Racine Avenue, appeared before the
Committee to apply for a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and
Intoxicating Liquor License.
A personal appearance was made by Suzanne E. Kondell, 18535 Loomis Rd.,
Wind Lake, to apply for a Class "B" License.
Anne Moser, W127 S9133, N. Cape Rd. and Terry Bartelt, Rt. 2 Crowbar
Rd., Town of Vernon, appeared to apply for Operator's Licenses.
Casey Kendziorski met with the Committee to review the current status
of the Big Muskego Lake Project application to the State of Wisconsin,
covering approval to remove sediment deposits.
Jim Boldt presented a copying machine proposal for city hall. The
Dennison Copier that he proposed to sell or rent will be examined by
City Clerk-Comptroller Bette Bowyer.
Mr. Stanley of the Park and Recreation Board appeared before the
Committee to report on bids received for the construction of the
Kurth Park recreation building. Narlock moved to recommend to the
Council that the low bid of $22,672.75 plus alternates of $5,054.00
be accepted. DeBack seconded. Motion ca.rried.
Budish moved to recommend approval of the application for a Class "B"
License to Guenther Christ. Narlock seconded. Motion carried.
DeBack moved to recommend approval of a Class "B" License to Suzanne
E. Kondell. Budish seconded. Motion carried.
Budish moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License to Anne
Moser. Narlock seconded. Motion carried.
DeBack moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License to Terry
Bartelt. Budish seconded. Motion carried.
Budish moved to approve vouchers in the a.mount of $136,610.64. Narlock
seconded. Motion carried.
Bldg.In:spector Gera.ld Lee met with the Committee to review a recently
passed Wisconsin law that provides for the scanning of building plans
of 50,000 cubic feet or less by a certified Bldg.Inspector. The new
law provides that if such plans are reviewed, they will not have to be
sent to the Industrial Commission. It was also pointed out that a new
upon completing and passing a. nine day course. No action was taken.
A letter from the Department of Natural Resources indicated that the City
will receive an additional amount of $33,187.00 on the completed sewer
project. This would give the city a total of $82,967.00 on this project
or the maximum of 55% of $150,850.00.
An assessment error on the John Lang personal property tax bill was reviewed
