MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 4, 1970
Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 8:OO P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Budish and DeBack.
Personal appearance was made by Daniel Barnhardt, W153 S6387 Lawndale
Place, Muskego, Wisconsin, who applied for an Opera tor's License.
Ald. Budish moved to recommend payment of vouchers in the amount of
$39,227.22. Seconded by Ald. DeBack, motion carried.
Ald. DeBack moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License
for Daniel Barnhardt pending a favorable fingerprint and medical
report. Seconded by Ald. Budish. Motion carried.
Mr. Seegar Swanson, Financial Consultant, explained different financing
procedures.
Ald. Budish moved to retain Ehler & Associates, Inc. under Part I11
of their contract and to seek competitive proposals from the three
Muskego Banks for interim promissory notes, Assessment "B" Bonds,
Seconded by Ald. DeBack, motion carried.
Ald. DeBack moved to recommend to the Common Council to borrow from
the First National Bank of Waukesha the down payment for the Foth
and Scholbe property. Seconded by Ald. Budish. Motion carried.
Ald. Budish moved to recommend to the Council the initial General
Obligation Bonding resolution for sewer construction the amount not
to exceed $1,500,000.00. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion carried.
Ald. Budish moved to adjourn. Seconded by Ald. DeBack. Motion
carried. The meeting adjourned at 9:OO P.M.
