MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 21, 1970
Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 7:50 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Budish, DeBack and Narlock.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved, as mailed.
Fire Chief Utpatel and Assistant Chief Bierbach appeared to discuss
contracts with the City caring the fire department and the rescue
squad. The contracts will remain the same except for the provision
of mutual aid with Milwaukee County communities.
A review was made of January vouchers payable.
DeBack moved to recommend payment of vouchers in the amount of $80,782.26
Budish seconded. Motion carried.
Resolution #208-68, entitled, Authorizing a Service Fee of $25.00 for
Persons Served by the Tess Corners Rescue Squad, was referred to City
Attorney John Buckley for an amendment covering the definition of the
word "service" under Section 2 and then prepared for Council action.
Mayor Wieselmann reviewed the negotiations that have taken place with
the Dispatchers and the Mediator covering salary contract for 1970.
Budish moved to transfer a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and
Intoxicating Liquor License held in the name of Gilbert Gumieny to
Samuel and Mildred Kupec of Muskego. DeBack seconded. Motion
carried.

Mayor Wieselmann reported the results of discussion with a representative
of the HUD Federal Program covering fina.ncing of sewer projects.
Budish moved to adjourn. Narlock seconded. Motion carried. The
meeting adjourned at 1O:lO P.M.
