MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 22, 1969
Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. Also
present were Aldermen Budish, DeBack and Narlock.
An application for an Operator's License was made by Patrycia Wilson,
W125 S9681 North Cape Rd., Hales Comers.
Budish moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for
Patrycia Wilson subject to the receipt of a favorable medical and
fingerprint report. DeBack seconded. Motion carried.
The Mayor informed the Committee that a complete Financial Report
will be made available to the City by Ehlers and Associates, Inc.
in a few days.
Narlock moved to recommend payment of vouchers in the amount of
$77,292.72. DeBack seconded. Motion carried.
Budish moved to recommend that funds be made available to purchase
necessa.ry city maps for the Fire Departments. DeBack seconded.
Motion carried.
1970 Budget requests were reviewed and discussed to determine
recommendations for the following departments:
1. City government and its various functions.
2. Fire Departments
3. Library
4. Civil Defense
5. Assessor
6. Treasurer
7. Park & Recreation
Narlock moved to adjourn. DeBack seconded. Meeting adjourned at
9:50 P.M.
