0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 1 , 1969
Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen DeBack and Narlock.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as mailed.
Mr. William L. Charland, 9832 W. Morgan Ave., Milwaukee, applied for
an Operator's License.
DeBack moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for
William Charland. Narlock seconded. Motion carried.

A check in the amount of $7,778.90 was received from Waukesha County
for the balance of the payment due for the Woods Road Bridge.
Narlock moved to recommend that the Council recognize the Wisconsin
Council of County and Municipal Employees, AFSCME-AFL-CIO as exclusive
bargaining representatives of Muskego Police Department Dispatchers.
DeBack seconded. Motion carried.
Highway Aids in the amount of $66,845.69 were received from the
Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
A check was received from the State of Wisconsin in the amount of
$10,126.55 as the City's portion of the liquor tax.
1970 Budget proposals were received and reviewed as
1. City Clerk-Comptroller by Bette Bowyer
2. City Assessor by Art Wieselmann
3. Library by Board members
4. Legal by City Attorney John Buckley
follows:
A 1970 Wage and Fringe Benefit proposal was presented by several
members of the Muskego Police Department Association. After some
discussion it was decided to meet again on October 15, 1969 at
9:30 P.M.
Narlock moved to adjourn. DeBack seconded. The meeting adjourned
at 10:40 P.M.
