MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 16, 1969 0
Alderman DeBack, as Acting Chairman, called the meeting to order at
7:35 P.M. Also present was Alderman Narlock.
The Minutes of the previous meeting held April 2, 1969, were accepted
as mailed, and placed on file.
Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Hansen of W125 S9706 N. Cape Rd. applied for a
Class "B" Liquor License.
Applications for Operator's Licenses were made by: Janice Knapp, W186
S6764 Jewel Crest Drive, Muskego, Robert Hegerty, W188 56807 Muskego
Drive, Muskem and Paul Horn, R#l Box 364 Big Bend, Wisconsin.
Virginia Merkt, S76 W18180 Janesville Rd., Muskego, submitted an
application for a Class "A" Liquor License.
DeBack moved to recommend approval of a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage
and Intoxicating Liquor License for Wayne Hansen. Narlock seconded.
Motion carried.
0 Narlock moved to recommend approval of Operator's Licenses for Janice
Knapp, Robert Hegerty and Paul Horn. DeBack seconded. Motion carried.
DeBack moved to recommend approval of a Class "A" License for Virginia
Merkt. Narlock seconded. Motion carried.
A review was made of the limitations on the number of Class "A" Licenses
in the City.
DeBack moved to adjourn. Narlock seconded. The meeting adjourned
at 9:15 P.M. I
