FCM19690402FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEG0 0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 2, 1969 Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 7:lO P.M. Also present were Aldermen Budish, DeBack and Narlock. The Minutes of the previous meeting held March 20, 1969, were approved as mailed. Budish moved to recommend approval of a Class "B" Retailer's License to sell Fermented Malt Beverage at a gathering at St. Leonards. DeBack seconded. Motion carried. Budish moved to recommend approval of a Transient Merchants License to Roy Henrichs, Jr. of W136 S8333 Holz Drive. DeBack seconded. Motion carried. DeBack moved to approve the purchase of insurance to cover the baseball teams. Budish seconded. Motion carried. A check in the amount of $4,040.00 was received for State Assistance of Pollution Prevention from the Wisconsin Dept. of Natural Resources. Budish moved to recommend approval of a Maintenance Agreement with Burroughs Corporation covering the bookkeeping machine. Narlock seconded. Motion carried. Highway Aids in the amount of $21,551.40 were received from the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation. A review was made of possible office locations for the City Engineer. Alderman Budish indicated that Muskego residents served by the Hales Corners Post Office are receiving car registrations with a tax district code number for Hales Corners instead of Muskego.
