MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 20, 1969 0
Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 7:25 P.M. Also present
were Aldermen Budish, DeBack and Narlock.

The Minutes of the previous meeting held March 5, 1969, were approved
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Ludwig appeared to review an easement or purchase
of land on the Muskego Dam Road.
DeBack moved to recommend approval of an easement to Mr. Ludwig for
the purpose of erecting a sign subject to a favorable report from the
City Attorney and the City Planner. Budish seconded. Motion carried.
A letter was received from Juran and Moody, Inc. a Municipal Bond
Broker, offering his services for financing the City Civic Center.
Remittances of Highway Aids were received from Waukesha County in the
amount of $1,602.90 and $263.15.
Budish moved to a~pprove the bonding of the City Clerk in the amount of
Deposit of Maryland. Narlock seconded. Motion carried.
Budish moved to recommend approval of an Operator's License for
Richard M. Janda, 12085 E. Windlake, Windlake, Wisconsin. DeBack
seconded. Motion carried.
$10,000.00 and the Deputy City Clerk for $3,000.00 with Fidelity and
Budish moved to amend the Minutes of the meeting held February 5, 1969,
to read "payment of Racine Avenue south of Highway 24" instead of "College
Avenue". Nerlock seconded. Motion carried.
DeBack moved to recommend that the City apply for Federal Aid in the
purchase of Idle Isle and that the cost of such application be paid
with money from the General Fund. Budish seconded. Motion carried.
A review of applications for the position of City Engineer was
completed.
Aldermen Burgemeister and Linck joined the meeting.
The proposed Agreement submitted by the Policemen's Association was
reviewed.
0 Budish moved to recommend the transfer of $2,000.00 from the General
Fund to provide for the payment of the City portion of the Agreement
with Casey Kendziorski covering the second phase of the Big Muskego
Lake soundings and application for State Permit projects. DeBack
seconded. Motion carried.
Budish moved. -to adjourn the meeting^. - -Narlock seconded.- The meeting
