FCM19681106FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 6, 1968 .M. Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 7:35 P. were Aldermen Budish, DeBack and Narlock. Also present Application for Operator's License was made by the following: Albert L. Meinin - W140 S9403 Boxhorn Dr., Muskego, Wis. Barbara Hill - 2855 S. 132nd St. New Berlin, Wis. David Halbrucker - 7235 S. Howell Ave., Oak Creek, Wis. An application for a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License was made by Joseph Giesegh - S66 W20621 Tans Dr., Muskego. I e. Budish moved and DeBack seconded to recommend approval of an Operator's Licent for Albert L. Meinin, pending receipt of a favorable medical and fingerprint report. Motion carried. DeBack moved and Budish seconded to recommend approval of an Operator's License for Barbara Hill pending receipt of a favorable fingerprint report. Motion carried. Narlock moved to recommend approval of a Class "B" Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Goseph Giesegh pending receipt of a favorable fingerprint report. DeBack seconded. Motion carried. Patrolmen Czisny and Dzibinski appeared representing the Muskego Branch of W.P.P.A. and were informed that the City proposal, as presented at the previous meeting was final. Budish moved to approve a "Transient Merchant's" Permit for B. Andrae Miller. Narlock seconded. Motion carried. A review was made of the contract with the Great Lakes Appraisal Company for a reassessment of the City. A check of $11,000.00 was received from Waukesha County covering the County portion of the new Woods Road bridge. The balance of $7,778.90 will be received in March of 1969. Budish moved and DeBack seconded to recommend approval of a payment of $2,750.00 to Nelson & Associates, Inc. for the Comprehensive Plan revision and related school planning. Motion carried. Narlock moved and Budish seconded to recommend approval of an agreement between the City of Muskego and the Muskego-Norway Jt. School Dist. #9 covering payment of a sanitary sewer force main serving the High School and Intermediate School. Motion carried. The final 1969 budget for the City was reviewed.
