0 MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JUNE 19, 1968
Mayor Wieselmann called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM also present
were Aldermen DeBack and Narlock.
The minutes of the previous meeting June 6, 1968 were accepted as
mailed and placed on file.
Kenneth Brach, Route #l, Box 206, Big Bend and Harold C. Harris each
applied for a Class "B" License.
The following individuals applied for an operator's license-:

Daniel Sydewski - 1356 S. 103rd St., West Allis.
Joan Schiltz - 700 W. Layton Ave., Milwaukee
Ervin F. Koehn - 6775 W. Beecher St., West Allis
Shirley M. Berg - 20182 N. Shore Dr., Muskego
Ted Mikulec and Casey Kendziorski reviewed the procedure that will be
followed at the hearing to be held at Waukesha on July 2, 1968 cover-
ing Applications of the City of Muskego for a permit to Dredge Little
Muskego Lake.
De Back moved to accept change of word "except" to "and" in the 0 addedum to the Police Vehicle Contract with Wisconsin Car Rental, Inc.
and return the changed copy to E. J. Salentine for signature. Ald.
Narlock seconded. Motion carried.
The Asphalt cover for the Police Department parking and driveway was
reviewed and is to be imcluded with the bid for the Woods Road project.
Mr. and Mrs. Carl Wauer, Chief of Police Kraus and City Attorney John
Buckley joined the meeting.
A lease agreement covering a Police Department Shooting Range at the
Wauer Gravel Pit was discussed.
Proposals for a new lease agreement of the City Dump at the present
location were reviewed.
Ald DeBack moved to recommend acceptance of the "Tri-Town Hub" as the
official newspaper for the City of Muskego. Ald. Narlock seconded.
Motion carried.
A check of $13,925.46 was received from the State of Wisconsin Trea-
surer covering Muskego's portion of the Telephone Tax.
0 A schedule of estimated sewer payment requirements was received from
Ruekert and Mielke.
Ald. DeBack moved to recommend the Class "B" licenses of John Blasius
and Susan Lewandowski be held in obeyance for one year. Ald. Narlock
seconded. Motion carried. e - -. Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of Class "B" license for
Kenneth Brach and for Harold and Ruth Harris. Ald. DeBack seconded.
Motion carried.

Ald. DeBack moved to recommend approval of operator's licenses for-
Shieley Berg, Daniel Sydewski, Joan Schiltz, and Ervin F. Koehn sub-
ject to receipt of favorable fingerprint reports. Ald. Narlock
seconded. Motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to recommend approval of a requirement that pay- @ ment of delinquent Sales Tax prior to issuance of Class "A" and
Class "B" licenses must be made by all applicants. Ald. DeBack
seconded. Motion carried.
Ald. Narlock moved to adjourn. Ald. DeBack seconded. Meeting ad-
journed at 11:05 PM.
